Building your chatbot

  • Getting started with Dialogflow.
  • Building a decision tree for a FAQ bot
  • Creating entities & intents based on the decision tree of chatbot
  • Testing your chatbot with mock conversations.

 

Deploying & understanding analytics

  • Deploying your new chatbot to your business pages or Facebook page.
  • Explore future applications for your chatbot (Fulfillment, AI, small talk & personalization of the bot)

  • Gather and make full use of customer feedback via chatbot analytics

This workshop is designed for non-technical individuals. That means you don’t need prior programming knowledge to be able to follow.

The instructors will help to make sure you’ll complete your chatbot by the end of the workshop.
