Dr. Lau Cher Han
Founder & CEO, LEAD · Founder & CEO, AI365
With a Ph.D in Machine Learning from Queensland University of Technology, Australia, Dr. Lau is one of Malaysia’s most experienced practitioners in applied AI. His work spans both sides of the equation: building AI systems for organisations and building the people who run them.
Over the past decade, he has designed and delivered AI training across industries ranging from finance and logistics to retail and the public sector, working hands-on with over 300 organisations to move them from awareness to actual deployment. His expertise covers AI agents and agentic workflows, data-driven product development, and internal AI capability building at scale.
In 2026, he co-founded AI365 to bring that same practical depth to a wider audience, through video content, live sessions, and the AI365 Hub, a dedicated innovation space in Kuala Lumpur. He also serves as an Independent Director and an Industrial Advisory Panel member for universities and government agencies, contributing to Malaysia’s national AI strategy.

Before AI had a cool name, Edmund was already building with it. 11 years across aviation, gaming, and fintech. CTO of LEAD & AI365 and the primary architect behind Bingo AI and the AI365 platform. He doesn’t just teach the tools. He built them.
Choon Yee Sheng
Trainer
Engineer. Trainer. Certified financial planner. Got into n8n because manual PDF work was slowly killing him. Now teaches non-coders to build real automations. His mission: every person leaves with something that runs.
Kent Chong

Chong Ming Li

Full-stack developer who built AI365, Bingo, and a 3D visualisation platform. Trains business and marketing professionals on AI with one principle: build real things, not demos. Probably still writing code between sessions.
Yeow Wei Ping

Dr. Lau founded LEAD in 2015 with one goal: close the gap between academic theory and what industry actually needs. He leads the vision, the curriculum direction, and the people who deliver it. More than a decade and 15,000 trained professionals later, that goal hasn’t changed.
Daphne Chea
COO
Nearly two decades in brand, PR, and communications, Daphne joined as CMO but the work kept outgrowing the title. She owns how the company operates: building the teams, shaping the systems, and scaling the delivery behind every programme. She’s the one who makes sure the vision runs.
Edmund Hee
CTO
Edmund bridges what LEAD teaches and what LEAD builds. He oversees the technical curriculum, platform infrastructure, and AI product development, which means the tools his students learn in the classroom are often the same ones he used and built outside of it.
